These Terms govern your use of LeapBorder (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of the Service
The Service is a matching and information platform connecting global talent with companies and creators. The Service is not an employer, staffing agency, or legal, immigration, or tax representative.
Any visa or settlement information the Service provides is for general information only and is not legal advice. Verify specific matters with qualified professionals (e.g. immigration authorities, a licensed administrative agent or attorney).
2. Accounts & eligibility
You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account secure.
Where required by law, you must meet a minimum age or have a legal guardian's consent to use the Service.
3. Your responsibilities
You will not post false information, impersonate others, publish illegal or harmful content, improperly divert users off-platform, or otherwise violate the law or these Terms.
The Service may remove content, restrict use, or terminate accounts for violations.
4. Identity verification
Verification is optional; when used, your identity documents are checked through a third-party verification processor.
A verification badge reflects a platform-level first review of identity documents and does not guarantee legal effect or work eligibility.
5. Content & intellectual property
You retain rights to the content you upload and grant the Service the license needed to operate and display the Service.
Rights in the Service's trademarks, design, and software belong to the Service.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is not a party to transactions or collaborations between users and is not responsible for disputes arising from them.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to your use of the Service.
7. Termination & changes
You may close your account at any time.
We may amend these Terms and will announce material changes in the Service in advance.
8. Governing law & contact
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
